ADVENTURE TOUR OF NEPAL with Mary-Jane

Mary-Jane will be taking an adventure group to Nepal to river raft, and do a safari, as well as explore the country of Nepal and experience this special land.  There will be time to check out the history and culture of these amazing people and also have the possibility of bungi jumping into a huge canyon close to the Tibetan border.

Tour Detail

We have planned a great adventure exploring Nepal. The tour is designed to give us a variety of scenery and great fun as we include river rafting and a game safari. With a backdrop of the mighty Himalayas we will experience how the Nepalese live, some of their history and culture, and the incredible beauty of their country. We begin our trip in Kathmandu, famous for the high standards of handicraft as well as their interesting history. We will stay in several country hotels situated in various beautiful spots of diverse terrain to maximise seeing different facets of this fascinating land. The highlight of this adventure will be river rafting down to a game reserve where we will ride elephants as we seek out the elusive tiger and Asian Rhino amongst other wildlife. For the highly adventurous, there may be a chance to bungi jump or canyon in a very high gorge.

All tours start and end in Kathmandu. Prices are ex. Kathmandu and based on twin sharing, single supplement available. Please email us for full itineraries and details of price inclusions and exclusions. 

An indemnity form needs to be signed by all participants. Every effort is made to keep to the itinerary, however no responsibility or liability is accepted by Himalayan Adventures for any itinerary changes that may become necessary for any reason whatsoever, including political unrest, or for your safety or best interest, e.g. strikes or rerouting due to landslides.  Signing up for this tour indicates your acceptance to this.

Travel insurance such as Europ Assistance (www.europ-assistance.com) is recommended in case of emergency and is compulsory on certain tours.  Flexibility and a sense of humour are vital due to the nature of adventure travel!
